16 Hour Supervisor Refresher

Stay updated with NYC Site Safety Training (SST) standards with our 16-Hour Supervisor Refresher Course. NYC department of buildings requires safety managers and supervisors to complete 16-Hour Supervisor Refresher Training every 5 years.


After successfully completing the required hours, scoring 70% or above in both quizzes and exams, the student needs to provide identity verification documents to receive SST Supervisor card.   • iconPicture of your Photo ID (Front and Back)
  • iconClear passport-like photo against a light background (No headwear, shadows, etc.)

Training Requirements

In order to get your SST Card you must comply with the following

  • icon100% Attendance of the Online Class is Mandatory
  • iconComplying with the Compu21 Institute Corp facial biometric requirement for monitoring attendance
  • iconAchieve a minimum of 70% in the written assessment at the end of the course
  • iconCompletion of Evaluation Form at the end of the course

  • icon8-Hour Site Safety Manager Refresher/Chapter 33 - Earn 0.8 CEUs
